Reservations must include full name, cell number and email address

No reservations are final until payment is received in full

A separate $500 refundable deposit is due at time of payment

Deposits will be refunded within 2 weeks after check-out day inspection

Check-In time is 5pm and Check-Out time is 11am

Absolutely NO SMOKING anywhere on property, inside or out

Absolutely NO PETS anywhere on property, inside or out

No Senior-Week, After-Prom Parties, or Bachelor/ Bachelorette Parties

All renters must purchase insurance through HOMEAWAY at www.propertydamageprotection.com. $59, $79, $99 per reservation covers $1500, $3000, $500 accidental property damage, respectively.
