Margate City​
​

MARGATE is a city of approximately 7,000 primarily year-round residents, located in Atlantic County, NJ.

It is a well-maintained and chill beach town.  

Almost completely made up of local stores, restaurants and supermarkets, is is quite walkable.

The beaches in Margate are clean and peaceful, especially during the weekdays. Weekends are busier, but much less than the typical South Jersey beaches.
The Margate Bay is perfect for fishing, boating, wave runners, and all other water sports, and
known for its beautiful sunsets.
Ventnor

Located just north of Margate, VENTNOR is a city of approximately 10,000 residents, known for its 1.7 mile long boardwalk. With no casinos, restaurants, or shops, it is perfect for peaceful walks, energizing runs, or morning bike rides.

Longport​
​

Located just south of Margate, LONGPORT is a borough of approximately 1,000 residents, where the back bay meets the Atlantic Ocean. This provides a nice quiet area where you can ride your bikes and stop off to enjoy the beauty of the island.

Located just north of Ventnor, ATLANTIC CITY is a resort city of approximately 39,000 residents, known for its many casinos, wide beaches and iconic Boardwalk spanning 3.5 miles. Shopping, night life, and excitement are everywhere in AC!

Located just south of Longport, OCEAN CITY has a population of approximately 11,000 residents, with a string of engaging surf-friendly beaches and an active boardwalk with shops, surrey bikes, eateries and amusement parks.
