Blue skies, the sun, sounds of the surf, and salt in the air. WHAT'S NOT TO LOVE?!

 

I grew up going to the Jersey shore during the summers, everywhere from Brigantine to Cape May.

Whether a week or quick day trip, time at the beach was always special. 

Margate was the location of my first date with Art in September of 1990 as well as our engagement the following summer.

Since that time, we have been coming to the beach with our growing family.

We have stayed with my sister Maryanne & Leo, and their family, enjoying all that Margate has to offer.

Dream Come True

On a regular beach visit with Marietta last summer, I noticed the beautiful corner home had a "for sale" sign.

Later that week, on a walk with Maryellen, she called the realtor and we saw the house the next day.

It was perfect - lighting, space, a pool, and location, location, location!

Art agreed it was time, and we are now proud owners of a Margate home just a few houses from my sister!

Labor of Love

We have spent the next 9 months completely renovating this home, floor to ceiling, & everything in between.

We would like to share our home during the summer season,

which is defined as May 1st through September 30, including the 3 major summer holidays,

as well as during the off-season.
